The upper part of the toe and the heel are protected with a polyurethane coating to protect the leather from rapid wear. The shoe insulation with 3M Thinsulate® 200g membrane provides cold insulation (CI). The special PURATEX® membrane protects the shoe from water penetration inside. The sole is a two-layer PU-RUBBER (HRO) with Vibram sole, flexible, patterned, and antistatic. It is resistant to fats, petroleum products and has good slip resistance (SRC). The sole is protected by a lightweight, flexible, puncture-resistant Kevlar-type fabric insert. Toes are protected by an XL-size composite/fiberglass protective toe cap. The insole is antistatic, moisture-wicking, and anatomically shaped.
